Part of Kontera's commitment to our partners is to maintain open lines of communication and provide them will all the support they need regarding our products and services. In order to facilitate this most effectively, we ask that our partners add Kontera to their safe senders lists to avoid accidental filtering of Kontera communications.
Please find below the instructions for adding support@kontera.com to your safe senders list within various e-mail clients.
Microsoft Outlook
- On the main menu, click Actions
- Then select Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options.
- Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
- Click Add.
- In the "Enter an email address or Internet domain name to be added to the list" box, enter support@kontera.com and click OK.
Yahoo! Mail
- Login to Yahoo Mail.
- Click on "Options" and then "Mail Options."
- Click on "Filters."
- Follow the "Create or Edit Filters" link.
- Click the "Add" button and name the filter "Kontera."
- In the "From header" field, choose "contains" from the drop-down menu, and type "Kontera" in the corresponding field.
- In the last line, in the "Move the message to:" field, select "Inbox" from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "Add Filter" button.
Hotmail/MSN
- Login to your Hotmail or MSN Mail account.
- Click on "Options" and then "More Options."
- Under the heading "Junk E-mail," click on "Safe and Blocked Senders."
- Click on "Safe Senders."
- Type support@kontera.com in the box.
- Click the "Add" button.
Gmail
- Login to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Contacts" link on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Press the "New Contact" button.
- Type support@kontera.com in the e-mail field.
- Click "Save" on the top, right hand-side of the window.
