If you are not seeing our ContentLink™ ads on your pages, the first thing to check is to make sure that you have waited 24 hours since you implemented the tags on your website. It takes up to 24 hrs for the tag to go live.

Next, make sure that our code is appearing on your site's pages. To check this review the HTML code for your pages:

• If you're using Firefox: right-click your mouse and select “view page source”.
• If you're using Microsoft IE: right click and select “view source”.

Next, by using the "find" functionality of the page with HTML code (Ctrl+F), type the word "kona" (no quote marks).  You should see the Kontera ContentLink code right before the closing body tag (</body), at the very bottom of the HTML code. 

If you do not see our tag in your HTML code, this is the reason why you will not see our ContentLink ads on your pages.  Please contact your webmaster or programmer to ensure that our ContentLink code is inserted in your page code.

If you see our ContentLink code on your pages, please check the content of the page.  Advertisers are reluctant to have their messages on pages about war, violence and other non-positive subjects, and these pages may be activating our filters.  These filters work on a page-by-page basis, so if you think this may be an issue, look at pages that do not have sensitive content.
