Kontera has recently developed a new Channels feature.

Channels enable you to view detailed reporting about the performance of specific sections of your site. By creating a channel for a combination of pages, you'll be able to track their individual performance and compare it to that of other sections on your website.

On top of providing you with the option to track which sections of your site generate the majority of your clicks, the Channels feature also enables you to change the links' color on the different sections of your site.  Set up the Channels feature, and test different link colors to find which works best with your site's design and yields the highest CTR.
